NEF SB-1, shotgun, can I get rifle barrels for it?

If I have a NEF SB-1 12 gauge single shot sgotgun, can NEF fit a rifle barrel to my receiver?

    No. They will only fit rifle barrels to rifle receivers.

    You can have shotgun barrels fitted to a NEF rifle, but you can't have rifle barrels fitted to a shotgun.

    Both the first two answers are correct. However NEF has made a few shotguns on, (even though most were rifle-shotgun combinations) on the newer and heavier receiver which is the SB2. They will fit a rifle barrel to a SB2 receiver as it is the same receiver that the rifles are made on. Fitting a rifle barrel to a receiver designed and built to handle shotgun pressures is very dangerous!!
