RUGER RED LABEL 12/G 26' BARRELS

I want to sell my ruger shotgun. It looks like new and
I may have put 200 shells thru it. I called my regular
gun store just to sell it and they offered $450.00 for it. Now
is it me or is that a little low. I don't know how to post pictures
on the forum but I do have some pictures. I have the extra chokes that
came with the gun,but I don't have the box. Please advise if you
need more info.I think it's the plain gun with checkered wood.
Please advise your thoughts about what this gun might be worth.
I know that you can't verify the condition but I would say it's
92%. Thanks Vince

Vince,,, Your right, 450 is too low. A used red label in good cond should bring about $800.00.

Your local dealer would have loved to buy it for $450.00, it would have made for a BIG profit for him.

New red labels sell for about a thousand bucks plus.

Yes 450 is to low,but 800 for a 12 is to high around here anyway maybe for a 20ga
I would list in paper or other for 650 to get it sold should sell fairly fast or 700 with room to dicker plus with out seeing gun
    just my 2 cents

I think nelchris is closer to the price (at least around here). If it were the used stainless all-weather model, then it'd bring more (again, around here).
