Siamese Mauser - 416 Ruger?

Looking at the discussion on the 45-70 Siamese mauser conversion, I was thinking that the action seemed to be strong enough to take either the 375 or 416 Ruger cartridges. However, due to the base of the original cartridge being rimmed, or the overall length of the Rugers, would that prevent the conversion of the Siamese to either Ruger cartridge?

Would there be any other large cartridge that the Siamese could be converted to?
