CBC Brass?

Just received some 40 S&W brass from a friend, but found a handfull of "CBC". I am unfamiliar with this headstamp. I am guessing corbon? Anybody have any idea what type this is and if it is of good quality for reloading, or should I just toss it with the AMERIC that was also in this same lot?
