How does the quality of the US made Mark V Weatherbys compare to the Japanese made Mark V's???

    In the same manner as the Mercedes Benz compares to the Lexus.

    Both are fantastic. One speaks in a guntral tone, the other ghibber-jabbers.

    most people in my circles think the japs are the best quality of all the weatherby's....i have heard of several complaints in the bigger magnum calibers that have the stainless barrels concerning accuracy in the current production guns...i personally have a jap in a .340 and one of the super predator masters in a .243 (usa- kreiger barrel)both guns will shoot under 1/2"

    1990toyota 120,000miles,smoking like a trooper, falling to bits(if its a good one)worth $2.00 maximum.[:(]
