CZ 82 SINGLE ACTION PROBLEMS

Have a CZ 82 that fires great from double action on the first shot. The gun will fire and after recoil ect, on the subsequent second "single action" trigger pull, the hammer releases only slightly and does not release. It catches back into the "double action" pull and a complete trigger pull back to the rear is required to fire the shot. Im sure this is some sear problem, but not sure. While messing with it once it was unloaded ect, I found it will fire when held sideways "gangbanger style" and when it is upside down. Would never fire a live round this way, but dry fires fine in single action when held this way. Only way it will not fire is if held correctly straight up. Any ideas? Looks as might have to send it to somebody that knows these guns. Thanks in advance for any help.
