CZ Shotguns vs old Huglus

I understand the current CZ shotguns offered are made by Huglu. Is the quality of these CZ imports better than what was offered by Huglu USA?
I had heard that the Huglus were troublesome at best and I wonder if CZ will stand behind these shotguns as they do their handguns and rifles.
What do the experts think of these guns? Has CZ impproved the spec?
