Winchester 250 Savage ammo

Does Winchester still produce their 100gr Silvertip 250 Savage ammo? Used to see it a fair amount, now I never do. Even online places, Midway, MidSouth, PowderValley, don't show it.

It was nice to buy on occasion, shot well through my Savage bolt gun. And for low volume shooting, was a nice way to get brass. Some of my old brass has a 250/3000 Sav stamp still!

    skyfish,

Evidently, Winchester has seen fit to put the .250 Savage ammunition on the 'seasonal' production list. It is listed on Winchester's website and it's listed with several ammunition distributors but shown as being out of stock.

A call to Winchester might get some results.

    Best.
