Winchester Model 62....? for Bert

I have a Winchester Model 62 (short, long & long rifle) with serial number 21003.
It belonged to an uncle's father that had a hardware store in northern North Dakota and sold rifles in the 1930's and 40's. I was told the rifle was made in 1935 and has not been fired for about 25 years.
The scope that is mounted on the right side is marked "Wee-Weaver"- M.3-29. Appears the owner was left handed.
There are no cracks or heavy scratches in the wood and there are no signs of rusting. The bore looks bright and clean. The action functions smoothly with average effort. I have not fired the rifle but I inserted an fired .22 case in the chamber and pulled the trigger. The mark left by the firing pin appears the same as the original mark.
I would like to know the current value of the rifle, date of manufacture and any other comments you may have. I would guess the scope decreases the value?
Thanks,
Ed

Your Model 62 was manufactured in June of 1935.
The graded condition of the rifle, and the extra holes drilled & tapped in the receiver, both negatively affect the collector value. Truth be told, it has essentially zero collector value. As a "shooter", it is worth approximately $350.
