I am looking for anyone interested in sharing information on the 32 20 WCF and the .22rf Handy Guns. Serial numbers, finish, grip/frame type. Also interested in the smooth bore models. .410/28Ga. And any Essex marked guns. I will share any info I have also. Thanks, Sherman

Have seen my great-grandfather's H&R HG in .410 gauge.
He said it was his "under-the-counter" gun at his photography
studio. It had Tiger Stipe blueing and really was quite pretty.
He said it came in .32-20, 22 LR and "other calibers".
We fired 7 1/2 birdshot (2.5 inch) at a car muffler at an old
wrecking yard. The shot acted like a slug, punching a good sized
hole in the muffler. Last time I checked, my torso was not as
durable as a car muffler! I'd hate to have been the robber at my
    great-grandfather's studio!
