I bought a Sig 225 today and was wondering if anyone makes aftermarket grips for them, or it the 228/229 grip will work?

I'm pretty sure Sig makes wood grips for it. 228&229 grips are wider.
I would check with some aftermarket grip makers, like Pachmayr,I think I've seen them.

nill grips are shweet but pricey.

Forget the Pachmayr, long discontinued and does not fit at all.
