As I will very soon be celebrating my 80th birthday, I have decided to part with some of my longtime possessions. The first being a 1918 Erfurt Luger, all the numbers match with exception of the clip and in a Holster with 1940 Waffen 416 markings.
This weapon was gifted to me by a family member in the mid 1950s. I have not fired the pistol in several years, but, it seems to be in good mechanical and a safe condition.

Information would be greatly appreciated on how the best way to pass on a special part of past history for someone too enjoy
