My Brother and his Wife are in from NM. Visiting with my 89 year old Mother.
We all met at the nicest restaurant here in Mtn. City. (Souba's) Both owners (originally from New Orleans) are classically trained Chef's. The place is always packed (people standing, waiting for a table to clear.) on Sundays.
I had a simple but classic meal. A 8oz. Ribeye (medium rare.) With a baked potatoe butter/sour cream. An elegant side salad with exquisite Blue cheese dressing. Fresh baked yeast bread with butter.
Have not had a good steak in quite a while.
Man was that good.
