In what cases can a sale be reversed? [AS IS - No refund or exchange]

Two cases that I know of are:
(1)  The gun never arrived.
(2) The gun was significantly not as described.
Are there any other cases where a transaction can be reversed within an Inspection/ Return Policy: AS IS - No refund or exchange?

There are so many problems that can occur, the best answer to both your cases is:  "it depends".
That's why it's so important that both buyers & sellers read the "rules" before conducting a transaction.
Example 1 - "never arrived" may not be the sellers fault; e.g., your receiving dealer went out of business & the gun was returned to the seller.  You aren't entitled to your money back, you must find another dealer (& pay all additional costs).
Example 2 - If you buy a gun, but the seller mails your dealer a brick, that would seem to over ride "AS IS".  But, good luck getting your money back.  That's one reason I always look for sellers with lots of good FB.
