What would be a fair asking price for an 8 pound jug of WC680 military surplus powder, never been opened?

The last price I saw was $64.00/8lbs. It is supposed to be similar to Accurate 1680 in burn rate.
I did not see a current price listed on any of the surplus websites.

    Thanks.
I looked across the net, but didn't find any current pricing.
I did find it listed for sale at $120.00 back in 2015 for 8 pounds.
Found it is similar to Accurate 1680.
Pricing on Accurate is around $170.00/8lbs.
Is surplus military powder cheaper than commercial powders?

"Is surplus military powder cheaper than commercial powders?"................usually about 1/2 price due to the non-standard factor

Unfortunately, the current prices for commercially packaged smokeless powder has no bearing on the price of pull down or surplus military powder. The price of Mil-surplus varies with the amount available and the potential burn rate which is never confirmed but only alluded to by using the term 'similar to'.
One method of establishing a value as often suggested here is to put it up for auction with a low or 1 cent starting price.

    Best.
