A starter pack of Idahoan Italian Sausage and Potato soup. instead of just adding water, I added about a 1/3 baked and browned Polska Kielbasa, fine diced. Half and half, butter, chicken stock, fine diced fresh Broccolli, Cauliflower, shredded Carrot, fine diced Onion. Salt/pepper. Boiled for about 30 minutes, simmered for about another 45 minutes. Shredded sharp cheddar cheese on top.

Really good.
