This has been done before and tried many times in an attempt to either give the POTUS more power or to limit it.  FDR wanted to pack the court with a max number of 15 but he didn't need to as by the time he died he had appointed 7 of 9 of the justices by 1941.

If the law is not going to be enforced by liberal leaders in various cities and states, then what does any ruling from the supreme court really mean??????????

I think that some missed the point.  The socialists are not re-imagining the term "packing", they are re-defining the word.  The new definition of "packing", according to Joe, Chuck, & others appears to be "when a sitting president makes a SCOTUS appointment within the last year of his term as president".

It starts with gaining a majority in the Senate and never letting it go. Make DC & Puerto Rico states. That needs to be done to give Democrats 4 more Senators.

Next we need a new Reconstruction to end racism..... Not the old racism but the new brand of racism. It will be a war on rural states to break their economy. People need to move to the cities where they will assimilate easier and become more dependent on the state.
