FFL account lost ability to sell products or edit existing products

My account recently stopped working and has possibly been hacked. Suddenly several days ago, I lost the ability to list new products or edit/modify existing ones. Been a dealer on here for over five years with an excellent credit/payment history and A+ ratings from my customers. I am on this site multiple times daily and there are no complaints listed against me. We are on Day 3 and no support has been provided despite numerous calls for help. Any other dealers experiencing this?

I'd do some research on that error code listed. How many F's out all reviews do you have?

My understanding is each time you ask for support on the same issue the process is started anew so that it's like the movie Ground Hog Day. Things are changing at GB but the support team has always responded to my problems promptly. Good luck!!

Therein lies at least part of the problem. Ricci has it right. Contact support ONCE, with an accurate, detailed, concise description of the problem, and WAIT.

Each subsequent request moves your issue to the bottom of the stack.

I had that happen some months back. I wasn't an active seller so it took them a while but they eventually cleared it up. Mine was preceded by getting a bunch of other users accounts' emails.
You are describing the issues that have made me pause in listing some things I want to weed out. I understand the new owners need to make money but the issues with support are taking a L-O-N-G time to sort out. Non paying Bidders are the big issue for most sellers. I know the suport team will get it fixed for you, patience is required.
