A lot of complaints

I hear a lot of complaints from customers who have problems signing up for GB Pay. I have had three customers write this morning saying they can't get set up. I have to believe GB gets a lot of emails about this.

You don't suppose they have a lousy credit rating?

When I first signed up it was all money orders. I even had a couple of sellers ship the item before they got the money order. On a few occasions I mailed cash. There seemed to be more individual sellers then. Regular business sellers kept asking for changes and they got them. Man did they get them. I still keep it as simple as possible. While i will use a credit card there is no way I would use the other pay systems for a site like this.

We haven't had any problems taking GB Pay as payment for our sales.....we have two or three a week normally, last week we had more than the usual use it as their form of payment. So, if you are planning on selling a large number of items on Gun Broker I'd take it as a form of payment for sure.
We don't ship the guns until the transaction says "complete" beside their name because I want to be certain its a done deal before we ship. It hasn't taken more than a few days at the most for them to show "complete" and I haven't had any complaints with the buyers over this policy.
This past week alone we collected over $10,000.00 from people using GB Pay....so it is a form of payment that people like to use.
I know I've used it to pay my GB fees in the past, but it wouldn't let me do it this week...so I put in a request to support to check into what is going on there. Right now I'm as happy as I am with any other options people use to pay for their items.
