Gun sold Broken but new

I purchased a 12 gauge over-under, and it came the barrel stock was all dented. So they cross-ship [ped a replacement. But the replacement was even worse and not for the right gun. They are not responding, and I have had a gun for over a month that is not working. I am not getting this resolved and was told to file a claim under the warranty purchased but I think it should have been resolved by the seller.
Is there a phone number to actually all someone or do I just reverse the credit card charge?

The phone number is on the back of your credit card.
YOU REALLY DIDN'T GIVE US ENOUGH INFORMATION TO HELP YOU. PLEASE GIVE US THE AUCTION NUMBER, & WE MAY BE ABLE TO FIGURE OUT THE SOLUTION.

I should think once it is transferred to you it is a factory issue and that is what I tell all the folks that I do transfers for.
Look it over before paper work is done, if unhappy send it back to seller.
My 2 cents.
