Seller sold Winchester 1894 Model as a 1954; although it was actually made in 53.

I informed the Seller that I researched the serial number on WinchesterCollector.org, and it showed the rifle to be made in 53.
He refused to change the date and sold the rifle for more than $1500.00.
How do I report this fraudulent Seller?
