They fit Remington hulls that haven't been made for 30-40 years. I burned my stock of these obsolete hulls years ago. There's possibly someone with a hoard of those dinosaurs who would buy your primers.
last use about 70s still good for reprimeing us army pull ring ignighters do not dispose everything for ignition is imortant in these trying times
There were solid brass shotgun shell casings produced in Europe - Italy especially - that use #57 primers. I have very few 16 gauge - 28 gauge - & - 410 bore that use these primers. I wish you had bunches of those brass shotgun shell cases and put them and the #57 primers up on GunBroker.com - I would definitely bid a bunch.

You should contact a local dog trainer and see if they work for their dummy launchers. Trainers around my area are struggling to find primers for their launchers.
I just put a sleeve on them and put them in any shell that takes a 209 primer.
Where do you get the sleeves?
Ya can't. Sheesh
Okay,
I cut 22mag cases in three pieces. Two from the body and the third is the head. Discard the head. The other two pieces are just the right size to squeeze over a 57 primer and allow it to be inserted in a 209 primer pocket. A lot of work, but my time is my own. Now you know.
