Winchester 70 "G" serial numbered rifle/bolt

Hello once you again wise old (sorry, young?) sages of the armaments. It seems like I've been here a lot lately.
I have a Winchester model 70 in 300 Weatherby Mag for sale at the auction sight. I urge people who need more info or pictures to ask before bidding because generally all sales are final.
He's sent me several questions one of which is concerning the serial number on the bolt. On the bolt I have it looks like the last 4 numbers of the serial are just electro penciled on. Is that how they did that in the mid 90's? If so I have another question which would be; Dont all the rifles after 700,000 (except the customs) have "non-hand fitted" bolts?
Thank you in advance, you guys are much appreciated !!!!!!!!

As far as serial on bolt, they are electro penciled on cause I had a couple that way. Bolts, well I would think they are gauged and fired for any flaws but , I am NOT an expert. Some of the higher end ones I would think are "hand fitted."
i just checked my "G" model, the bolt is not numbered.
And the mystery deepens. I just checked a couple of mine and both are electro pencil numbered on the bolt body just ahead of the shroud. I didn't dig deep in the safe to check any others. As far as the hand fitting, I assume the bolts were numbered to keep them with a specific rifle after the headspace was checked. Bob
neither of mine are numbered and both are mid 1970's manufacture one bought brand new.
