I am trying to find a carding wheel for rust bluing. I have tried brownells but they are backordered.

    Have you done a search on google? Knife makers use carding wheels.

    Jantz supply has them listed on page 113 in their pdf catalog on their web site. The part number is DX16463.
    The arbor hole is only 1/4" dia and it says it can't be drilled larger so I would verify with them what the wheel dimensions are in case it's a very small diameter wheel.
