Is Romney the REP candidate for 2016?
There is a lot of buzz about Romney running again in 2016. Many think the things he ran on in 2014 turned out correct. Could you support him against, say Hillary? Do you think he could win if he was the candidate?

He might be the "ideal" candidate for the business wing of the GOP, but the country is sick of him and so is the party. Mitt isn't stupid, he knows that. He looks to be settling comfortably into the role of the elder stateman who trots out occasionally to say "I told you so"

Much of what he said about BO has come to pass and we know now what a massive flop BO has been as a leader. But could Mitt turn out the REP "right" is the question....those who stayed home in 2012 and he lost....just heard the other day an interesting statement that Mitt actually won 20% of the AA male vote!
Unless the republican party ceases to advertise themselves as the party of Lincoln they will stay up the creek without a paddle as I see it. The blacks don't like him, the Mexicans don't like him, the Indians don't like him, most southerners don't like him, and all too many white conservatives outside of Dixie don't like Lincoln's image either. I would tend to disagree, I think a lot of people around here are well aware of the dangers we, as a country, face. The problem is that voting for the lessor of two evils achieves nothing. There might be a very slight alteration in course and maybe...just maybe...a slight slowdown in speed, but in the end it's just smoke and mirrors while the train continues careening to it's inevitable wreck.

I would vote for ANYONE with a constitutional frame of mind over Romney. I can not and will not support him as POTUS.
