Georgia Shipping Gun Law

I was in the process of purchasing a pistol from a Georgia dealer ( I live in N. W. Florida) all was going well, now all of sudden they claim a new law prevents them from shipping to a Florida FFL holder. I contacted two other dealers in Georgia and they have never heard of such a law.
Anybody know of this new law or regulation? Can it be shipped to a south GA. FFL holder and I pick it up from them?

You must pick it up from an FFL in the state that you reside in.
