Great way to make some money if you have some old, broken, junk guns around.

It's a liberal's way of feeling good, spending someone else's money, and pushing a program that has absolutely NO AFFECT on anything.

I have seen pics of firearms stuffed in barrels. It concerns me that a really worthwhile firearm gets in there! Is it ok for me to come out of these woods, travel to a city and wait in line and make a counter offer? Do you think any of the officials gathering these firearms pick out the valuable ones for themselves?

quote:Former Republican state Sen. Frank Antenori plans to attend Tuesday's gun buyback. But he's not aiming to take home a $50 Safeway gift card.

Instead, he's seeking some good deals to potentially add to his gun collection.

Antenori and a few others will be taking advantage of City Councilman Steve Kozachik's event by setting up shop outside the Tucson Police Department's midtown substation to offer residents "cold, hard cash" for desirable guns.

i WILL be one of those "OTHERS"

Saw that at the gun buyback I went to. A guy walked up and down the line of people looking at what they brought and making counter offers. The problem is most people were doing the same thing I was. Dropping off a junk gun and receiving 3 times what it was worth from the "enemy".[:D]

These "buy-Back" events are more for media favor and sereve a very specific purpose in re-educating the sheep. The globalist fascists begin their "criminalization" of gun posession by behaving as if guns were a contraban item like narcotics. "If you turn them in now, you won't be arrested for them". It helps to make the public feel as if firearms were already illegal. After a while the confiscation of legally owned firearms "feels like" it's expected.

That's what I'd be doing if it came to a city near me!
Some will die in hot pursuit
    And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
    While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
    Coming down the mountain
