executive orders

Mark my word, our president has his wish list on guncontrol already written, and will have it as law of the land using the executive order procedure of the presidency. As soon as Biden reports back to him he will not wait on congress where he is sure to meet oposition. With a stroke of the pen he will enact new laws. He usually does this with controversial legislation and execuative orders on the weekend after 9:00pm. Everybody be prepared for the fight of your life to keep what we have. I don't even know if a federal judge could stop him.

    Executive orders have limitations.

Yes they do; they are limited by whether or not the people object to a blatant violation of the constitution-and it has been proven over and over again, that the people dont give a rats * when the government violates the constitution. If Obama does defy the constitution(and it wouldnt be the first time) and enact gun control via executive order, the majority would applaud the abuse of power.
