UN Gun Treaty

I didn't find anything on the Forum regarding the question that I want to bring up. Maybe I didn't look hard enough.
IF(!) a UN Gun Ban Treaty, or whatever it is called in the UN, that they are trying to pass, & the United States government in the person of the President and the Secretary of State endorsed/signed/executuve order/passed it, wouldn't the Constitution supersede any agreement made with any international organization?
Can the President or the Congress give away our rights to the 2nd Amendment? Wouldn't there need to be another Amendment passed by at least 2/3 of the States?
I'm sorry if I phrased this poorly. I think you can get the gist of what I am asking here.
Thanx,
Tim

Past president signed the treaty, but it was never ratified.
