    We have permission.

Rights??? I'm not sure if we allow those anymore. Let me consult my 9th Circuit Court three judge panel and get back to you.

if our founding fathers had known what was coming they would have written a bill of responsibilities as well. that way the rights would have some value and people wouldnt be so ready to give them up for a little security.

something earned has a lot more value than something free

You can go to the Smithsonian and view the Bill of Rights and Constitution which once gave us rights.

I can still remember the good old days when we had them......

Rights or no rights. I would say with my 3 cents worth (cause I don't want to be cheap)[8D] that if the politicians [}:)]and the sick [xx(]judges in the judicial system continue to have their way, the general public (including you and I) will have no rights[:(]. ONLY when the majority of the population say enough and vote the liberal idiots out of office will there be a chance of recovery.[:)]

The government has no RIGHTS. Only the PEOPLE have RIGHTS which enable the government to function.
"This country, with its institutions, belongs to the people who inhabit it. Whenever they shall grow weary of the existing government, they can exercise their constitutional right of amending it, or exercise their revolutionary right to overthrow it." Abraham Lincoln

The constitution gives us no such thing. The constitution says that the government can not meddle with the rights that God gave us.
God gives us rights, not governments.
    Governments take rights away.

A friend will post your bail. A good friend will be sitting next to you in the cell saying, "man that was fun!"
