C-H Cannelure Tool...

I finally bought one, and it will probably now become one of those 'indispensable' tools. I had 500 .38 Super FMJ bullets that I wanted to load into .38 Special brass, and that finally moved me off dead-center. I cannelured the bullets, and then looked at a couple of thousand rounds of .45ACP that I had just loaded with both lead and FMJ bullets. Like many people, I had occasionally been plagued with the 'deep-seating' of bullets during the feeding cycle of pistols, when the brass did not produce adequate neck tension. The C-H tool does a marvelous job of canneluring a .45ACP case right below the base of the bullet.
I had been using smooth-sided .40/10mm jacketed auto pistol bullets in my .38-40, with a modest crimp provided by a Lee factory crinp die. But now...
I thought I would post this, for anyone who may be giving a cannelure tool a thought. It's one of those things that make you wonder why you didn't buy one a long time ago.
