I was just made a present of an 8 lb. canister of WC872 powder. My reloading menu doesn't include the .50BMG - just obsolete & a few reg. calibres - .256 & .30 Newton, .280 Ackley, .300H&H, 30-06, 40-90 Sharps BN, & 45-70 [modern] also 12ga. shotgun.
Can this powder be applied to any of these calibres?
googled WC872 & could only find 7mm mag data.
Any ideas would be appreaciated. Thank you.

It's being willing. I found out early that most men, regardless of cause or need, aren't willing. They blink an eye or draw a breath before they pull the trigger. I won't. ~ J.B. Books

Almost the slowest of the Hodgdon powders.
Use H-870 starting load data and work up. It's a good magnum powder.
