NIMROD paper shotshell

In organizing my 'misc box' of shooting gear I came upon some paper shotshells I 'saved' 20+ years ago. One of several is a 12 gage paper hull with a 6 fold crimp stamped only with the word NIMROD.

Any remembrances of this make or distributor ?

( I know, I know, I'm trying to get decent photos. I'll edit when I do ).
