Does anyone use any of these older Bair cub dies? Would I be able to replace parts on these if I needed (decapping pin and stem) standard? Thank you

I have used a set in 38 Special for about 35 years, and the expander/decapper stem seems to be unique to Bair, but RCBS large (0.070") decapper pins fit in the stem, as do cut down small finishing nails.

I'm not sure exactly what Bair "cub" dies are.

I have a set of 308 Bair dies which I purchased many years ago. I haven't loaded a huge quantity of ammo with them but so far they have not required any new parts.

They look like pretty standard dies and I would guess that replacements could be found for things like decap pins if you needed them.

I believe the company later changed it's name BEAR. In fact my dies are marked "BAIR" but the name on the instructions is "BEAR".

    Hope this helps.
