Looking for a shooting rest I saw, found it:(

It looks like a hard rubber triangle that is flat on top. It looks like blue or black rubber material. I have seen them used on hunting shows. Anyone know the name or where to buy them?
Maybe foam?
Looks more like a pyrimid that is flat on top(where you place your stock).
It is a front rest only not a complete front & back rest.

    bambambam,

Hornady makes the Delta Rifle Rest but it's usually red...

    Best.

I looked the Delta up and it's not the one i'm looking for. I think if I see it again on TV i'll take a picture and i'm sure someone has one as many as I have seen.

Look at Millett Rifle Rest in your search engine.
    Found them at www.midwayusa.com/viewProduct/?productNumber=141061

According to Midway, that rest has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Also the reviews aren't very friendly.

    Anyone like/dislike them here?

I bought the Front/ rear rest online from DAVESCATALOG.COM. I just got it in the mail today, wrong item[:(!]
They sent me a "window" rest. It looks like a arm pit pad for a set of crutches!! Apparently they make gun rests to make it easier to shoot out of your vehicle[:D]

I called the store just now to tell them I recieved a window rest and it wasn't what I wanted. I got put on hold 3 x's and passes back and forth between people. They told me I had to pay to ship it back & a %15 restock fee...BullChit!

If I sent it back it would cost me more than the purchase price. I guess i'll keep it in case someone needs a pad for their crutches[:)]

I will NEVER be making a purchase there again.

If you paid by credit card, file a dispute.

Contact your credit card company and tell them DAVESCATALOG.COM sent you a item you did not order. Explain to them what you were told about restocking fee and return shipping.
Your card co. should credit you back for the sale.
