Found Premium Gold in Midway but it did't say if it was paper or not. Any other sources? Thanks everybody.
They are one of the biggest shotshell suppliers in the US .
They have the concession at the Grand each year .
You would find it necessary to trim the case to a point that is about 3/16 inch above the top (overshot) wad. To determine that point requires the shell be loaded with powder and wading (card or plastic)and then the shotcharge and overshot wad. A good roll requires about 3/16 inch of "extra" case.
The short answer is "yes".

Thanks. I see from another post that Ballistic Products has the tools.
If your going to roll crimp shotshells, forget the idea you can do it correctly with a hand drill. Use a drill press and run it on the SLOWEST speed. It takes very little pressure to form the crimp. It's done mostly by "feel".
