I'm looking for a true round nose bullet mold for 45 colt. Somewhere around 250 - 255 grains. Tell me what you know. Thanks.

By "round Nose", do you mean a real hemisphere, or are you looking for an old Cowboy bullet? I have an old cast iron mould that casts 230 gr with a one Ogive rounded nose and a single, heavy groove for lube. perfect for CA shootin in .45LC. OK for .45ACP. I could get the number for you, or cast some for ya.

Lyman 454190 & 452190 are a near duplicate of the original 1873 .45 Colt bullet. They both however have a small flat on the front. Being a nominal 250 grain bullet, they will shoot to point of aim on most fixed sight revolvers. Works for me. Ed
