Hi,
Well this might be "stupid question time",but I'm asking anyway;because I'd like to know.
On these Winchester lever operated shotguns, original or repro, does the main spring do double duty by keeping the action closed under tension,as well as driving the hammer ??
If not, what keeps the action closed ???
Just hand pressure on the lever ??
Thanks in advance for taking the time to help me out.
