Gift ideas needed

A friend gave me an early Christmas gift today: an amazing hand forged Damascus blade knife with a drool worth walnut grip, full tang of course. I don't want to know how much he spent on it, but I want to get him something nice in return, but within a reasonable budget.
He's like most of us on here: a gun nut, loves fishing, loves knives, reloader, etc. He's in his sixties but still full of life, an avid biker.
I'm the world's worst gift giver so I thought I'd crowd source some ideas of what to get him.
Any thoughts?
