What is this worth?

I bought the following vehicle for $300 and am wondering what it is actually worth. I got it on a sealed bid and I was the only bidder.
I think it would be great for a carpenter, carpet layer type rig.
1987 Chevy G30 Van (1 ton)
26,000 miles on it- that is not a typo. It only has 26,000 original miles on it.
Excellent condition, new tires, new battery. Stored indoors since new. Cargo van with shelves, benches, and storage compartments. Extra tall roof so a person can walk in it. Great paint, no rust.

Good, give me a break--[:0]
Uh-Oh, I just took this to the dump two weeks ago. It was a 1959 model? The scrapper there couldn't believe his good luck, solid steel & heavy.

Darn! I've got a Custom 7 that needs a hood, and a brake rod. it'll still work ok without the brake, but you have to remember to dump the clutch early. (flat Florida land)
It was made by W R Case, and nearly indestructible!
ONAN engine THAT was when Sears sold Great equipment [^] only problem EPA does not allow any engine rebuild HARD PARTS.
My Deere guy says he's had luck with the local MACK dealer through cummins for onan parts.
That is one hell of a great piece, the tractor looks good too.
