Interesting site if you're looking to buy, sell or just see what the 'net says your place is worth. Seem to be pretty accurate.

You are announcing it as if it's a new discovery. They've been in business for many many years.

I always appreciate such positive input. With respect, I thought it was worthy of a post for those who may not have seen it.

I was trying to remember what that website was called.
    Re-added it to my favorites.

Good way to see what's for sale around your area.

In my zip houses go from $30,000 to 1.4 mil. All in a 5 mile radius. My house is the 30,000 one.[xx(]

You can effect the value at Zillow too. Just go there and find your house, register you as the owner, and you are able to add improvements and correct deficiencies in their listing of it. I did this to mine and increased the value by $100k.

Pretty cool site. Until I looked too long and found out my house is worth $28,000.00 less now than this time last year.[V]

That site isn't even CLOSE to what stuff is really worth, at least not here in AZ! The prices here go up and down so much from block to block it is crazy! Also, zillow goes up and down 10-20% on a weekly basis sometimes!

Interesting to look at, but not too accurate here.

Never has been. The use some weird algorithms to predict prices. Usually gives you a ballpark, but very inaccurate most of the time.
