  Don't have what you're looking for, but have Fillister head, slotted,
  5 x 44, 1 inch long, if that would do you any good.

  Try the big machine-screw supply houses on the web. They have 5-44 socket-head 1" & shorter black-oxidized steel screws, though you may have to buy a few more than you need right now. I have sometimes had to take down the head diameter a bit to fit the counter-sink in old Redfield rings.
