    The lower on these Rugers are considered a grip frame.

    The serialized upper is considered the actual receiver and is shown cut in half. .

    I would contact the seller to confirm that you
    will be getting the lower grip frame as pictured , and stated in the full description.

    This is the part it seems you are looking for.
