Looking to buy vintage Bausch & Lomb and Kuharsky Brothers adjustable scope mount bases and rings. Also interested in vintage B&L non-adjustable scopes but have to have scope in hand to make an offer. Optical condition is critical.     What is the condition of the optics? Specifically, I am looking for scopes that do not have any of the tiny "specs" or "hairs" that would show up on the internal lenses when looking through the scope at higher magnification and directed at a light source (sky, sun, light bulb).
    This is malady that is prevelent in a very large percentage of the Balvar scopes, especially the Balvar 8's and 8A's.
