    Never heard of it before.
    The government has no rights. Only the people have rights which empowers the government.
    We have enough gun laws, what we need is IDIOT control.

    Had to Google it, I guess in some areas they exist to some extent simply due to population demographics but I highly doubt any HOA is going to get away with that LOL!
    Why don't we go to school and work on the weekends and take the week off!

    Decided to google it too as never heard of it before.

    Never knew of such but then again, not many negros around here growing up. Probably first negro person I saw was (rumored) to be big fellow, middle age that was in town for about 4 or 5 months. Rumor was he was a private investigator from a big city some 300 miles away. That was in the early 1960's when in High School. I don't recall any at the local college I attended but there may have been. First interaction was in the military mid '60s.
