Would like to know manufacturer, date of manufacture, and any other info. The only markings I see is "TRANTAR" arched over "PATENT" which is curved down under the TRANTAR on the top left of the frame and "380" on the upper left flat of the barrel and an unidentified mark on either side of the 380. Thanks in advance..

No value, other than as a paper weight. Or as a conversation piece in the man cave.
!860's by the real Tranter. If a knock off, could be later. No FFL needed.
I would be very careful where you ship it. It wouldn't be worth the hassle and aggravation, IMHO. If some anti-gun retard, in one of the commie states. Would buy it from you. Having it shipped to them, directly threw the mail.
Then blow it up, in the leftie media. With photos, showing how they have bought a dangerous gun. Through the mail. Lot of times, the game they will play. Is having it shipped to a child or known felon. For additional shock value.
I had a guy on an Indiana firearms site try to get me to ship 7.62x39 ammo to a suburb of Chicago. I told him get me an Indiana address or forget it.
