Make your own opinions as to the character of George Floyd.

That is a youngster named George Floyd, but not the George Floyd of Minneapolis/BLM/ANTIFA fame.

Floyd was a POS but he did not deserve to be killed through police negligence.  If anything he should have still been in jail, where he belonged.

It's not all Hate and Bigotry. Now George should not have been restrained to the point of Death by police but to run out and say All whites had a hand in it and all whites need to grovel for forgiveness is disgusting! BLM are Marxist and believe in a violent uprising. No Justice No Peace is their Motto!  Let them go to Congress for addressing their grievances. Not Rioting and Looting with arson! Put Their leaders in Jail and lock the door is my motto.

Floyd is no Rosa Parks he was a drug addict and Convicted Felon with a Firearm. Period!

All whites had a hand in it" and "all whites need to grovel for forgiveness?" I believe those are your dramatic words,

Not really. We all know that The BLM  insinuations are all pointed at so-called White privileged people and past ancestors who owned slaves. It's too late for them however for most People of color have Caucasian blood in them. They might as well give up the race card now. They  are confusing a class warfare system with a race baiting Marxist movement manipulating them to gain political influence.
I see people of color a lot better off then me now who had taken advantage of The1964 civil rights act.
Do you see me rioting looting and hollering that I have been left behind because I did not take advantage of whom I could have been?

You didn't answer my question, you dodged it with further blather about your viewpoint. You also keep referencing Marxist and Marxists. I don't believe you have a correct grasp of the terminology. Although falsely proclaimed recently by the WH on numerous occasions, according to our rights a protestor is not a Marxist. Realistically, a rioter may well be. To simply blanket as you have is wrong. You have been overly dramatic in many of your postings, all but directly encouraging others to share your viewpoint, or rather racism.
You cannot refute the evidence! Rioting, looting and committing arson is not peaceful protesting.I believe you cannot dispute the evidence presented.  What part of the slogans are you not seeing? No justice No peace! White Privilege Must End? These slogans are race baiting from The Communist Party!
It's a class warfare tactic wrapped in a race baiting frenzy to  gain Votes For The Socialistic Democratic Party for More welfare and  changing  government entitlements that have been earned to a free for-all for all the poor minorities that no longer can find work or be gainfully employed.
Free medical, free child care, free welfare free housing and free money with universal income is next!  It's not going to happen for The US dollar is soon to take a big hit and lose it reserve currency petrol dollar status. Already seven trillion dollars allocated  for stimulus to save a sinking ship. Who is paying for it all? Congress? What a joke this Republic has become.

Although a bit funny, it's actually quite sad that's all you took from the comments. Oh, and no to your question. I'm not in that club here.
Unfortunately the original protest concerning police interactions with minorities was quickly hijacked by a vocal and violent group with another agenda. I am seeing reports like the black woman trying to paint over the BLM message in New York and the black guy with the American flag turning back protesters. In the recent Detroit situation a back woman got between the the protesters and the police defending their precinct, defusing the situation. It appears that some are tired of being used by the radical elements that have caused most of the trouble. If anyone is racist it is the group taking advantage of the protesters to further their own agenda. From what I have seen this group seems to be composed of all races and thrives on chaos either for ideological reasons or profit. Protesters should be encouraged and rioters should be dealt with to preserve the protesters right to protest. Just like all gun owners shouldn't be lumped in with criminals, legitimate protesters shouldn't be lumped in with the radical extreme. Bob

Agreed for the most part, GreatGus.
It is fairly apparent that Floyd's death had nothing to do with race or systemic police misconduct, rather a little piss-ant of a cop who carried a grudge too far.  The initial protests were justifiable, not from a racial injustice standpoint, but from the standpoint that police officers who act like this should be rooted out quickly, and prosecuted.  Once the charges were levied and the arrest was made, there is not a whole lot of reason to continue the protesting.

Statistically there is not a significant problem of racial injustice in the police forces around this country.  It happens.  It should not happen.  Each time it does happen it should be dealt with quickly and openly.  I think we are very close to having had reached that point.

The rioting has nothing to do with the death of Floyd, nothing to do with race, and everything to do with the altering how we relate to each other a individuals and as Americans.  It cannot be tolerated, and the hatred of those who destroy people and property is justified and is justifiable.  There is a very obvious fact, however, that brings race into equation, and that is simply the factual and obvious demographic of those who are looting.  There is noting racist or bigoted about pointing this out.

The crowds that are throwing things and attacking police and others is a more diverse group, however, and it is they who appear to think they are working towards changing the cultural fabric and ethos of these United States.  I freely detest all of them, regardless of race.

BLM is race baiting the general white population. The LEO's are the problem yet BLM seems to think it's a white privilege  problem. What a joke! I think you're a race baiter myself. How many blacks are killed by strange white people? Many more black people are killed by  their own color. A race baiter or racist it's all the same. You can not seem to understand The BLM are Racist and attack the police establishment as being totally white and racist. Of course black cops can't be racist by default, what a load of B.S.

Thank you for a reasonable response to my comments and not the typical attack I'm use to from a few others lacking said eloquence. Being a retired LAPD officer of 25 years that was directly involved with the daily challenges of the LA riots, I do not condone the actions taken by the miscreants making headlines in our major cities. However, I do not approve nor endorse the use of Federal police against citizens. Few here realize that the more that takes place, the closer we are to Martial Law and elimination of the 2nd Amendment rights. Just fuel for thought.

    Jim
I believe that Federal police have a place provided they are, as has been stated by DHS, limited to the protection of federal property, which would include the apprehension of those that are damaging federal property.  I am not impressed with the statements by our President suggesting that if local authorities do not get control of the streets, he will.

Not a good time for bluster, IMO.

'We are here to help if need us' would be a much more mature approach.

The anarcho-communist movement is decentralized, composed of small cells, some of whom openly vow to engage in an armed struggle to trigger a civil war to abolish the current system and replace it with communism. Although they claim to be antifascists, in reality they are fascism personified.

Despite abundant evidence that neo-Marxists have a hand in these protests and riots, very few journalists have been willing to expose the truth. Mainstream media portray them as a well-meaning alliance of idealists who seek nothing more than to thwart the evils of right-wing “fascism.”

Although the Black Lives Matter movement has become mainstream, it’s unfortunate that so many well-intentioned Black and other good people have been duped into helping achieve Antifa’s nefarious ends. In truth, recent riots have little to do with race and everything to do with regime change and revolution.

The article that you have posted refers to the fascists wanting to change us to communism. Since fascism and communism are two different ideologies, this seems odd. It kind of calls the authors reasoning into question. A fascist would never give up control to embrace the ideals of communism. Bob

Do you know what beefsteaks in Nazi germany were? It's when radicals communist switch over to The Nazi party and became Brown Shirts.in the head banger street militia. The ideology of dictatorship's is just a label they insert in your mind. Communism under MAO was a different conception then in China now. The iron rice bowl was broken and capitalism was adopted Communism style.
Just  like a liberal in The Democrat party was different from A Marxism party member in 1960's. But Now with The BLM with The Democrats it's becoming a socialism Utopia that cannot create any middle class any more with capitalism.

Heck Both political  parties here have used The Federal Reserve as a huge credit card and give out tax cuts and socialism welfare at the same time and call it a Democracy ?

Beefsteak Nazi (German: Rindersteak Nazi) was a term used in Nazi Germany to describe Communists and Socialists who joined the Nazi Party. The Munich-born American historian Konrad Heiden was one of the first to document this phenomenon in his 1936 book Hitler: A Biography, remarking that within the Sturmabteilung (Brownshirts, SA) ranks there were "large numbers of Communists and Social Democrats" and that "many of the storm troops were called 'beefsteaks' – brown outside and red within."[1] The switching of political parties was at times so common that SA men would jest that "[i]n our storm troop there are three Nazis, but we shall soon have spewed them out."[1]

The term was particularly used for working class members of the SA who were aligned with Strasserism.[2] The term derived from the idea that these individuals were like a "beefsteak"—brown on the outside and red on the inside, with "brown" referring to the colour of the uniforms and "red" to their communist and socialist sympathies.[3] The implication of this was that their allegiance to Nazism was superficial and opportunistic.[4]

After Adolf Hitler became Germany's Chancellor, beefsteak Nazis continued during the suppression of both the Communists and the Socialists (represented by the Communist Party of Germany and the Social Democratic Party of Germany, respectively) in the 1930s and the term was popular as early as 1933.[4][5]

There are no strictly communist countries. Communism can't work because of human greed, whether for wealth or power. Communism always devolves into fascism using the term communism to justify their actions. China is a fascist state with the elite holding power and most of the wealth. Russia has done the same. The oligarchs control all industry and wealth. Well not all of the wealth as they must do their work in partnership with Putin and his cronies. This has made him one of the weailthiest, if not the wealthiest person on the planet. Those in power in Russia and China would never permit true communism to rear its ugly head because by definition they would then be equal with the peasants. Antifa and BLM would blend in nicely in most of the countries that we ignorantly call communist. They both actually strive for fascism (total government control of wealth and power) and not communism. Both groups are using the lure of socialism ( government dependency) as a path to fascism.

As I stated before, there are legitimate protesters but unfortunately the protests have been hijacked by extremists using this as an opportunity to further their abhorrent ideals. There have been instances where the legitimate protesters have resisted these attempts, so perhaps there is hope. These resistors should be applauded and not lumped in with the fascists. Bob

    Some good points
Communism has always been a theory, Marx considered his vision utopia. Many have attempted to achieve nirvana by implementing some form of Communism as well as socialism. Goes back to the Greeks and Romans.

The real danger with Communism as well as Socialism are the ones who think they can make it work and the fools who are willing to give up everything to live under such rule.

The Christians under Rome were feed to the lions and were  legitimate protesters until it suited The Emperor to do otherwise. It will be no different even now. With the virus and ballooning federal deficit with no tax base and no jobs then you have only  the rich to go after with a Hot War & a monetary reset at the end. The whole system is to change very soon, Ideology of political systems will be swept away.It will  then be a theology system then.
A.I. with automation of factories with a free basic income with all the trimmings will come on line but there will be a very lower population to worry about and a total security awareness of all world citizens under the oligarchical masters.
