hello, i have a s&w 32 L, serial # B 336331 thanks

    The only Smiths I could find with a "B" prefix, is the 22 caliber, Model 61 Escort? Their 32 Long revolvers, were in a different serial number range. Most didn't have a letter prefix. Does the letter "B", look like it was added to the serial number?

    I did NOT find anything in .32 cal w-SN starting w-B ???

    ok, how about with out the B? the barrel has a b prefix but the grip # does not. so serial # is 336331, gun is nickel with 4 1/4 inch barrel. yolk and inside frame is # 64500. patent dates are as follows, feb 8, 08, sept 14 ,09,  dec 29 ,14.

    #3 rd Model "Hand Ejector". hard to date specially?  My WAG, probably 1920's?
