Winchester 1906 information sought.

I am looking at a rough 1906 Winchester as a bluing project.   Check sales on Gunbroker, there is some wide disparity on sale prices. What makes a less than average model sell for Over a thousand, than another for under five hundred?  I saw an ad for one with “mop handle” fore end, which the one I am looking over has.

I did a search here before posting, but didn’t find a specific thread.

The "mop handle" forearm is correct on the "expert" model 1906. The expert model will also have a pistol grip butt stock instead of the normal straight grip stock. Expert models will be valued higher.
