I have been TRYING to complete the Extended Verification process for a while now. Every time I try by clicking the radio button to agree to a $2 fee (heard that means I am "flagged"?) and then I get a pink error message box that says the following.. There was an error retrieving the verification questions. Please try again at a later time. If you are unable to resolve this problem, please contact Customer Support. Please include the entire error message in your report. So then I TRY contacting them and get automated replies about selling or the $2 fee.
ANYONE out there that can help, please?!?!?

These threads are just since the start of the year. No one in this forum has been able to provide the answer- much less fix any auction support issues...but people keep on asking.

The Forums are not attached to the Auctions in any way. Follow the suggestion as posted by auto-response.
The Auction side of Gunbroker is absolutely swamped trying to handle the flood of thousands of new members and coping with the disputes which occur from those inexperienced members.
File your Support Issue which places you in a long line of folks seeking assistance. Do not try to add a new Support Issue thinking it will move you up, it doesn't. In fact you get moved to the back of the line since they think you're a new issue.
There is nothing we can do from here so please be patient.
